- Outsourcing the HR Management
This entails outsourcing the HR management function. We analyze your needs and determine the best approach. We can fully or partially implement and maintain the HR function for our clients. The HR Outsource scope includes HR administration of contracts, Job descriptions, leave management, performance management, disciplinary process & grievance management, HR policy manual development and implementation, payroll administration etc.
- Labour-Outsourcing
We provide and manage temporary or contract staff on behalf of our clients at agreed terms and services. Some of the key positions we outsource include receptionists, admin assistants, supermarket attendants, cleaners, housekeepers, waiters, cooks, security officers, gardeners, plumbers, electricians, painters, nurse aids for home based care etc. We supervise our outsourced staff performance, sign service level agreements (SLA) with our clients while ensuring we comply with all labour and statutory obligations.
